Better Ratings System?

Would you Like to see a Better Ratings system on the Forum?
Such as Something Similar to Facepunch's one or Similar.
With a Way to see how many of each rating a person has received through their profile.

Better than Cookies anyway, since someone's been Taking them all anyway
