It's been a while, but we now have a 24/7 mumble server running which some of us use more than others, but since I figured a lot of you don't even know about mumble since it was so long ago we posted about it here's the information again!
It's an open source VOIP program made for gamers. This is very much like Ventrilo or Teamspeak but seems to have lower latency and higher sound quality.
