Botmap V3 Mascot Train

This train features heavily in the Botmap V3 trailer and was Thingshappen's inspiration for the map style. Built by me, Designed by [XURAS] Electrosynthesis. Also comes with added Cruise control.

And that is the easter egg tribute to my train that is found in the spawn house on Botmap V3.
Diesel Shunter

Botmap V3 Automatic TrainFeatures were: 4 Programmed stations with selectable buttons, automatic horn, automatic track switching and automatic return to base station after 20 seconds. I shall get thingshappen to lend a hand with a video.
I built, thingshappen wired it up.

Thingshappen is featured in most of those pictures... he was goddamn glad to get this finished
Pretty realistically driven Steam Engine. {Xuras Mascot V2}This Engine is the creme-de-la-creme of my small but growing collection. Built with a tender, this train has a realistic fuel and propulsion arrangement without pistons. Pour coal into the tender and the virtual level rises, press a button on the tender and one on the firebox to transfer coal, hit the ignition to start up the boiler, fill up the tender with water and cuple it across to the main engine, fire up the regulator and watch the water and coal levels decrease while steam is made then ram the accelerator into gear to engage forward thrust. But be wary... the engine will stall and drain all gathered steam if the PSI reads 999 and it will not move if the PSI reading is less than 300. It requires two people to pilot because of the button setup, namely one to work one side of the arrangement and one to work the other. Artificial water storage tank and coal chute included. Built by myself, Wired by Thingshappen. Oh, before I start with the image barrage... it lags like buggery on the Xuras server without parenting.

The Huge vertical Tank off to the left on the platform is the water tank, it has a virtual water level in it and a boom with a plug on the end that transfers water to the tender. Max of 500 units of water in the train and 2000 in the tank.

The control setup is extremely complex as you can see. Unfortunately these are old pictures and some buttons aren't shown but I can assure you that all can be operated from the seats with a pod controller.

The tender holds a max of 500 units of coal and 500 units of water, press the button by the screen on the tender then the one by the firebox in the cab and 15 units of coal are "shovelled" across to the boiler.
Special train department Thanks to:Electrosynthesis: For helping with the design of some of my pieces and for allowing me to use his Cruise control system on the First Steam Engine and the Shunter.
Thingshappen: For all the wonderful wiring work and perseverance with turning my seemingly impossible ideas into working contraptions.
